Andy fitted some outside wall lights, out door power sockets and 9 driveway drive over up-lights in our new block paving.
Andy send me a detailed quote and was clear in his communication on when he could do the job. His price was fair and he was a very diligent, tidy and quality electrician. All jobs done as described, on time and you would never know he was there, apart from the excellent finished lights. Very happy customer. This is the second time I have used Andy for electrical work and would use again.

Andy was a pleasure to deal with when we had our kitchen and hallway remodelled in 2019. Very patient with other work that was going on at the time through other trades which meant he had to make multiple trips, and his understanding of what we required and the quality of his work was excellent. Will be the first one on my list to call next time I need some electrical work doing.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Andrew (Electrasec) he has completed 2 jobs for me over the last month and both times has done an excellent job. It is so nice these days to have a tradesman clean up after himself and leave everywhere nice and clean, just as it was to start with. I would certainly recommend his company.

We had a smoking outlet behind our entertainment center one Sunday evening. I left messages with several companies, but Electrasec was the only one to return my call first thing Monday morning. They were fully booked, but realizing the seriousness of our situation, said they would find a way to get to us ASAP. Andy came by mid afternoon & competed the repair within an hour. He kept us informed throughout the process which included replacing wires & existing outlet. He even added another outlet to prevent future overloads. And the area was cleaner than when he arrived! His reasonable price was much lower than we expected.
After receiving his quote, we then booked a fuse box replacement. Due to extensive faulty & mostly inaccessible wiring throughout the house, it took him 3 separate visits of a couple hours each to complete the job. His explanations, competence & thoroughness to make sure everything was up to safe standard was greatly appreciated.
We’ll always use Electrasec for future electrical needs due to this and their excellent customer service. We have and will continue to recommend them without hesitation.

We originally used Andy to do the wiring for an extension that we had built. He was extremely professional on his work and also exactly what we wanted in terms of arriving when he said he would, completing the work at the price quoted and explaining all of the options we had (things like lighting placements/fittings and general good advice on how to get the best results).
Since that extension we now call Andy for all electrician jobs and happily recommend him to others.

Electrasec (Andy) was initially used to carry out an EICR inspection - this inspection highlighted a replacement consumer unit/rcd’s was required, plus the installation of an earth rod.
The work requirement/reasons was explained very clearly by Andy during the inspection.
A quotation for the remedial work was received, this was agreed and a date and time arranged for the work to be carried out.
The work was carried out in a very professional manner - COVID-19 guidance (at the time) followed, work area sheeted and left clean and tidy, completed work explained in detail.
I would recommend this company - efficient communication, punctual, good work ethic/procedures and extremely polite.
