Rob and his colleagues Arthur and Niko gave us an excellent service. Our house needed rewiring from scratch. As we had a tight budget to stick to, we discussed the estimate beforehand with Rob, and he gave us good advice about things that we could cut out to keep the cost down, but more importantly what was useful to keep -- although we've only been in the house a short time this has proved valuable. Arthur was extremely hard working and completed the work on time and to a good finish. Very pleased with their service.

Rob and Jack did an electrical condition report for me when I was purchasing my place. There were issues identified so I subsequently instructed them to rectify to get to a good standard. They were friendly, competent and approachable and I won't hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.

Rob and Jack installed a new cooker circuit and isolator switch for a new electric oven. The work was carried out to a high professional standard and the area cleared afterwards. Rob quoted for the job beforehand, arrived on time, installed the oven and tested all circuits were were working. Friendly and efficient we have used Electsmart in the past and will certainly do so again.

He consolidated our existing fuse boxes into a new consumer unit. He also centralised three ceiling lights in our bedrooms (which a previous owner had moved close to the windows). Robert did an excellent job - he was tidy, and went above and beyond by making good the old light holes.

Quoted an all-in price for three jobs and stuck to it. One job, replacing flimsy and long-broken push-button bedside lamp switches to concealed wiring, which I had been putting off because I feared it involved damaging the panelling. Came up with an elegant solution and the whole thing now looks better and more robust than the original. Returned promptly to make a minor adjustment to one of the other jobs at no extra charge. Would certainly use again.
