Excellent service and very helpful. Had an emergency where my electrics tripped following a flood from my washing machine.
Arrived within the hour stated and completed the job an hour later & also made my very old electrics safer for continued use.
Am in Leicester so very pleased he could attend and grateful for the work done as I live alone.
Highly recommended!

My fuse box was tripping out, all sockets not working. He came exactly on time took time to diagnose the problem and then fixed it. He was great. No fuss just got on with it. He had a selection of parts with him so he could fix everything straight away. I will absolutely use him again. Thank you.

We feel utterly mistreated by this company.

Whilst I was out of the house, the electricity went and my wife called A S Electrical. She was charged (for a 1 hour 15 minute job) a total of £270. I accept the £75 call out but telephoned them
to understand more. Their explanations were short of logic and devoid of decency. I asked the hourly rate and was informed that it was £95 and yet by my calculations on the invoice we were charged £120.
Honestly, there is no other explanation than that they have looked at the situation where a busy mother is trying to manage a frantic household on her own, and they’ve taken advantage of her by rounding up time and cost.

Then, to round things off, we caught him filming the kitchen in our house and making unprofessional comments.

Immoral, unethical, offensive. I will raise this to the Ombudsman.

Sufan was punctual, professional and genuinely cares. He was also not afraid to point out a free tip about a leaking pipe I had. Something he could have easily charged for.

Called the company as an emergency when the attempted use of an old heater blew our fuse box. They provided quick and efficient service, diagnosing and repairing the problem within the hour. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

Had an intermittent fault on a socket circuit and needed a quick response as Christmas time can be very busy. The electrician by the name of Scufan attended this call out. On recommendation of the electrician he suggested that the plug circuit breaker needed upgrading from a 16amp to a 32Amp which he then took out my 32Amp breaker for my shower circuit and replaced the shower circuit with a 40 Amp breaker. He left after about an hour and charged me £220 for a new 40Amp cct breaker which was NOT part of the original fault and his labour. I paid this on the day in full and no sooner had he left the plug circuit was playing up again intermittently. The plug started smoking and we had to disconnect the circuit from the main board, we also found out that our shower did not work at all now? He came back the following day and replaced the 40 amp breaker which was faulty with another second hand 32 Amp breaker and then also rewired a new wall plug which I supplied. A day after he had left the shower kept on tripping the circuit and this was due to the circuit breaker he put in. He then REFUSED to come out to rectify his fault that he caused and said the only way he would come out on call is if I paid him another £50. I would DEFINTELY NOT recommend using this company as the work that he does end up causing far more issues and will end up very costly? I very much doubt he even has an electricians qualification?
