These guys supplied electricity to my summer house at the bottom of my garden. Couldn't fault them, great work, great price and extremely professional.

He doesn't really deserve your business unless he changes his ways. If he pavement parks like this - pushing vulnerable road users into the road by obstructing most of the pavement, what can you expect the quality of his electrical work to be like?

There's not an "18th Edition" for parking, but there is the 2022 revision of the Highway Code. Both need you to pass a test.
