Brilliant as always. I've had the misfortune of both my fridge freezer and dishwasher break down in the last 6 weeks and they've re placed both for me quickly, efficiently and at a great price. I was really surprised with all the good reviews, but found the customer service on the phone quite rude. My appointment was stood up on. I was told they came and buzzed my door (and my door the whole morning was buzzless) and when i asked why anyone hadn't have just called me, I was met with silence. There wasn't much offering of help to find a new appointment before being hung up on. I would've really appreciated their work and good customer service if it had come through.

I am sorry to go against the grain....I selected this company because of their good reviews. Initially I was pleased with their service. They came out at short notice to take a look at my dishwasher which had stopped working just days before I was due to move.
I explained that I had checked the fuse but was not sure if I had done it correctly and asked them to double check as part of their visit.
The engineer concluded the dishwasher had died and I would need a replacement. I paid them to deliver and fit a new one for the new owners.
They obviously didnt think I would be speaking to the new owners...
Since moving, I have met the new owners as something was delivered to my old address. I asked if the new dishwasher arrived ok. They said it did (again this indicates a good service) but the engineers had to replace the fuse to get it to work. She knows they did this because they took the fuse from the boiler which left her with no heating or hot water for a few days while she worked out what was wrong.
So I have unnecessarily spent £300 I could ill afford at a very stressful time and the company unprofessionally took the fuse from the boiler to get the new dishwasher to work.

Our oven died the day after Boxing Day, and on a recommendation from a friend we gave these guys a ring, tbh not expecting much given the time of year. They came out and diagnosed our issue the morning after we called them but sadly it turned out that our cooker couldn’t be fixed so we had had to get a new one. They had none in stock themselves, they encouraged us to buy one elsewhere and said they would be happy to come and fit it for us (for pretty much half the price the online retailer was charging!) It’s just been done, and again, could not fault them. They left the kitchen as they found it, they took all the packaging for the new cooker and the old broken one away with them. Considering we didn’t buy the new one from them I was really pleased with the whole thing. Donna in particular deserves a mention, what could have been a panic inducing week or so was made much easier thanks to her help.
They’ll always be our first port of call from now on.

Both my fridge and freezer decided to stop working, called these guys and they came out and replaced both within a couple of days. Was very satisfied with the customer service, especially as there’s a shortage of integrated appliances at the moment. Came at the time they stated and was a quick fit, left no mess, decent brands and the prices are reasonable. Love to see a local business thriving. Will recommend!

called to see if they repaired washig machines. They were at my home within 15 minutes, assessed problem and completed repairs (replacement brushes)at the same visit. Highly recommended and excellent value for money
