I am very happy with the customer service that I have received this morning. The gentleman who came out to fix our broken light switch was very polite, professional and punctilious. He was able to come out the same day we called and the light was fixed in a matter of minutes. I would be most inclined to use Electricians 24/7 service again.

They came to my home within the hour of me calling him when the power went out in my basement. He spent 5-10 minutes. He informed me that electrical wires and the box were old and probably rubbing the wrong way. He reorganized them and said to call him and he would come back out and replace the box. I haven’t had anymore issues but plan to call him if do.

Excellent service. Was on-site within 30mins. Problem fixed in 10mins. Honest prices and great customer service

We called very late on a Saturday night because of an alarm problem. The contractor was very quick, helpful, and understanding, and clearly did everything he could to fix a bad situation. Would definitely use again.

My water heater was not working because of faulty switches and timers. I arranged for the electrician to buy the parts I thought he’d need and for him to do the repair same day.
He arrived on time and reviewed what I needed. He identified that I didn’t need new timers and offered to return these to the shop. He did a quick/efficient repair and explained this clearly.
I’m really pleased as the cost is well below half of what I initially agreed to.
I would fully recommend this company and will use it again when I next need an electrician

My wife and I were very pleased with the friendly and professional and service that we received. Our living room lights were fixed very speedily and efficiently, and we were asked if there were any other electric problems that we needed help with. We didn't at the time, but the next time we know who we'll call! We'd definitely recommend King Electricians.

Thanks to King electricians. I had an emergency with my immersion heater. Called a few electricians who were too busy. I called through on King electricians, they came and saw me on an emergency. Really courteous, knowledgeable staff. Did a great job to fix the wiring for the immersion heater. Also cleaned up the mess. Definitely recommend King electricians!
