I was very happy with the ​Electrical ​work ​carried out by Luke. He​ installed a LED lighten mirror in my bathroom bathroom and removed the shaving sucket. His work was at a high standard and he left the room clean and tidy​.​ He was very helpful when asked for his advice and was highly skilled and very professional .
I will definitely use his service again for any electrical work required in my property and highly recommend him

I was delighted by the ​Electrical ​work ​carried out by Luke. He sorted the out the 3 lights that didn't work in our Loft conversion. He was very knowledgeable and knew from our phone conversation exactly what the issue was. He sorted out all the lights in record time and was great VfM. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to do so for all our electrical needs​ in the future.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service Luke provided at our home several weeks ago. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. The issue was addressed quickly and efficiently, and we were very happy with the result.
However, I was disappointed to see that we were charged for 2 hr, even though the electrician was only at our home for 1,5 hr. Giving the consideration how high the hourly rate is In my opinion, this doesn't seem fair. You should charge the customer partial hourly rate -after the first hour, and the bill should reflect for the actual time spent on the job.
I understand that your company has policies in place regarding billing, but hope you will consider this feedback to avoid any disappointment from the customers in future.

Luke and the team are always really professional and their work is always high quality. The EICR highlighted a few issues and Luke was able to direct me to the right people to get them investigated.
Also used them for a full rewire of a flat, which was very good. Would always recommend Brooks.

Came and replaced a bathroom fan swiftly and efficiently. A great firm willing to do small jobs as well as large ones (I had found other companies not willing to do such a small repair -- though crucial for us - others tend to want only jobs that are going to cost nearer a £1000+). Well done Brooks Electrical
