Ian is a fantastic electrician, he's our go to person for all electrical work. He recently fitted full electrics for our outside garden office from lighting and internet through to wall sockets. All very neat and tidy and work perfectly. Also a very lovely man which is a bonus!

It was a miracle!
Somehow we had lost an internal lighting circuit for no apparent reason. Previously, a whole day had been spent trying the diagnose the root of the problem.
Ian found it and resolved it within an hour and 2 cups of tea.

Fantastic service! Ian is absolutely amazing and I cannot rate him highly enough. He always takes the time to carefully explain things to us and several times he has even talked us out of something we wanted to do and showed us a more economical option. The work itself is also top-notch as I have seen and heard from other electricians who have stopped by as part of a boiler installation. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Ian which was both exceptional and of a high standard. The price I paid for my EICR test and certificate was very reasonable compared to other companies that had quoted me from the Rated People site. Ian was quick to respond and set a date and time to carry out the work. He even made contact with my tenants to provide fully inform them of the work due to be carried out. Throughout the whole process, Ian get me updated and was very friendly.

Where I found Ian to be exceptional, is that he went above and beyond to provide the highest level of service. Ian had identified electrical faults which would have been a fail but he repaired these free of charge. This to me was a great demonstration of excellent customers service.
