We've used Plowright Hinton Ltd at our business premises in Stevenage for a couple of years now. I can't speak highly enough of them. The level of service we receive is 1st rate and they are always happy to accommodate working around our business hours. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Friendly, courteous. Engineer arrived on time, carried out all our PAT testing with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommend them. Will defo use them again :)

I chose to use this company based on their reviews. An absolute mistake. To start with they priced up the job incorrectly. Then wanted to charge me more later on. Contractors didn't do what was originally asked of. Not their fault but the HO. Communication generally was dreadful. I could go on and on about their dreadful service but I've spent enough time on this. My advice would be to stay away.

Honestly cant fault the service. Everyone I dealt with was so professional, very efficient and delivered excellent customer service. The process from the person on the phone to the people that attended the building were absolutely outstanding. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
