Charged us twice for a failed job.
We asked them to inspect our house for ERIC. The first time they said it failed within 5 mins, without giving any reason. We then asked them to fix whetever needs to be fixed to pass the ERIC inspection. They didn't give us any quote on the job. Sent us a bill later for £144 in Oct 2021, we paid immediately. Received another bill in Jan 2022 for £420. They said it was for the job done and the passed ERIC. And that the 144 was for the failed ERIC. Never came across a company that would charge you for the failed ERIC when you asked them to fix the issues. It is like going for a MOT, they said you failed the first time, you asked them to fix the problems and then they charged you twice for the MOT. They didn't even give us a quote for the job. The house was newly renovated, top to bottom. We paid because we didn't want it to drag on. Utterly unprofessional. Doesn't even end here.
We received one more statemrnt today for £51.72. Is it some kind of sick joke? Because we paid every time they asked so now they are entitled to send us endless statements as they wish?? So now maybe they haven't got enough business this month, they decided to send us one just to see if we pay???
What a joke!? Do NOT go to them.
