Frustrating. Good workmrn, job was good and friendly. However upgraded our fuseboard after eicr report but not sent over an installation certificate for it. Been chasing for the best part of a year to no avail.

Steve was extremely helpful in the pre-purchase gas and electricity safety checks on a property I am in the process of buying. He replied to my queries and questions very quickly and helped me understand the process, which is great as a first time house buyer.
The checks were performed within two days of my request and reports supplied promptly. The price was also competitive.
I would recommend Steve and Expert Trading Services for such work and will hopefully be using them again in the future for improvements of my new home.

The work on re siting and installation of the boiler was carried out, as arranged, by a polite and efficient team of tradesmen. They remained on site until after hours to ensure all checks had been carried out and everything was working properly.

Steven Price is a cowboy - is Nicola Price a relation I wonder? He charged me £846 for work that was shoddy and left unfinished. I have raised a Money Claim Online (MCOL) against him. There are 6 negative reviews on checkatrade for this year alone! Avoid Expert Trade Services like the plague.

I requested a landlord electrical safety certificate, I was about to lose a tenant if I couldn’t get this certificate done soon & they managed to get the certificate done on the same day. They even emailed the invoice & certificate when they’d finished. Couldn’t have asked for better service, thankyou so much!

Lovely guys, really reliable and reasonably priced for the quality of work. They just turned up and got on with it! Will deffo have them back for other home improvements :-)
