My experience is that GSO Electrical Services Ltd are a shambolic company with over officious staff with no customer service skills or empathy, and insufficient engineering coverage. Over three weeks to fix a washing machine is unacceptable when I have service cover, but they don't want to know. Plus their systems are archaic, which slows the process down. It's like dealing with a service company 25 years ago.
