Wanted to use a local service, so I called in and was informed that the lady who dealt with these things was busy and would phone me back. An hour later I phoned back and was told I'd be dealt with as priority. After two hours of sitting by the phone, I gave up - it would only have taken 2 minutes to let me know that they couldn't look into my issue or would get back to me later with details. Wasted a good chunk of my afternoon - I'll contact someone else.
