I had new electric radiators installed and a new fuse board, I thought the work was done very well and no complaints with it BUT trying to get the certificate of the work done and the guarantees for the heaters is a nightmare . It is over 2 months since the work was done and despite repeated requests verbally, by email and phone msgs I just keep getting excuses.I have had to get another electrician out to check his work for a certificate and he found a socket incorrectly wired and had to uninstall the CSU and reinstall it as it was incorrectly done. Trying to get hold of Murrell is impossible as he has gone off the radar, he also trades under Jade Electricals. Avoid this guy like the plague.
