Needed a new fuse box fitted and Doctor Electrical were quick to respond and complete the work in good time. I was delighted with the work done and the efficiency and professionalism. Very happy with the job and service, I will definitely use them in future. They visited and gave advise, then came back to install an oven. They looked for ways to do it so that it fit in well with the rest of my kitchen, they were really quick to respond via phone, even when I changed the appointment they were able to come earlier than originally planned which was really nice. They explained stuff to me, cleaned up after, helped with other stuff like drilling the holes for the oven to be secured. Good value too, super happy.

I have used Duane at Doctor Electrical on a number of occasions and he has been absolutely brilliant. Very professional. Written quote with no hidden costs. Excellent e-mail/text communication. Duane fitted indoor and outdoor lights for us and checked some switch wiring. He did the work to a high standard quickly and with minimum disruption to us.

I contacted Doctor Electrical, who duly came out to assess the job which was to put up two security sensor lights, they gave me a quote and said they'll be in touch as soon as they can fit me in. On the day of the job, I received a text message from Doctor Electrical saying they'll be with me in about 30 minutes, 5 minutes later I received another text message from Doctor Electrical saying he'd been to see a Dr after hurting his back, and the Dr had told him to get another job as he couldn't do electrical work any longer. Nobody else at Doctor Electrical contacted me about doing the work I still needed doing, and which Doctor Electrical had agreed to do. To me, it's obviously a case of Doctor Electrical had got a more profitable job come in, so I no longer mattered, this is why tradesman get a bad name. As a disabled man who has had several items stolen from my garden, I desperately wanted the security lights installed. Doctor Electrical treated me appallingly.

1st class in all aspects. Answered initial query promptly. Came to do quote on time. Arranged date for work. All confirmed by text and email. Text also to confirm when he was on the way. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. The jobs I had were only small and other companies didn't even respond. I would 100% recommend and use Doctor Electrical again
