We've been renovating our house, Paul has been so helpful giving us great advice, we've had new fuse board, sockets, lights swtiches moved and love our smart Ring doorbell. Hightly recommend.

Initially very impressed as able to conduct EICR at short notice. Two days after the EICR was conducted I had to chase for the certificate, to which they advised me that I had to make payment before they would send the EICR. As they hadn't sent me an invoice - I pointed out I couldn't as I didn't have their bank details or even an invoice - 2 days it took for us to establish this. Another day and I still hadn't received it so I had to chase yet again - their excuse being that they didn't have my address - even though they had been to the building to conduct the EICR and there was no reason not to use that address as has EVERY other electrician I've used. Despite my requests, it was still delayed another 3 days. Their excuse this time??? A typo on the email address they'd send it to. 6 days for an invoice and certificate to be received after it was carried out - when I'd booked them on the premise that it was urgent and they were very willing to help me out. They electrician himself was great, but shoddy admin and when it's a certificate you need - it's just unacceptable. Won't be using again.
