Firstly the communications from this company are excellent. Responded to my query very quickly.
Secondly arrived exactly when they had agreed that they would. You get plenty of reminders via text and email of when you're booked in.
John got straight to work and was very thorough, explains what he's done, why he's done it and gives recommendations but no upsell which is always refreshing. The prices on the website are what you pay.
John also always wore a mask in my house, put on shoe covers and cleaned up after himself to the extent of wiping down what he touched.
Obviously dedicated and passionate about what he does.
