Be Assured Electrical

After trying to find an electrician through recommendations and other trade websites, being let down by the ones who came back to me - I found Be Assured through the Localhero website. I cannot fault the service at all!

From start to finish I have asked questions and requested amendments to the work order. All questions and requests have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The work was completed with the timescale given, with updates made throughout.

I wanted to say Thank You to Lesley especially as she has kept in contact via phone and email and provided excellent service!

I will definitely use them again and recommend their services to anyone who needs an electrician they can rely on!

The lady I originally spoke to was friendly and helpful. I was really lucky in that Peter was in the area so she was able to set up an appointment within half an hour. Peter did a great job, swiftly and with minimum fuss or mess. He wore a mask, as did I, which made me feel more comfortable with the situation. Thank you Be Assured, for a great job, swiftly done, by lovely people! Highly recommended!
