Exceptionally rude and unpleasant. I had people working in my house who didn't care about my belongings. They took items from my shed and left them outside in the rain to get wet. They couldn't be bothered to pick screws up after themselves, I found screws in the children's beds. Plastic bits from the ends of wire were found in beds too, two broken lampshaes, light bulbs gone too. I was away when the work was carried out on my house but was told that everything would be ok. I've had neighbors tell me that the lads working on my house were childish and were even play fighting in the street and swearing at each other.

When I phoned to complain about the issues Mike himself was exceptionally rude to me restating me putting the phone down on him and crying.

I may be a council tennant but I should still be treated with respect.

Whole House rewire, left a bit of tidying to do but nothing major (as expected). Broke lights but replaced them and workers very polite. I'd suggest asking for Andy who has a better understanding with PR work, he seems a genuine lad who is trying to keep the customers happy and with the authority to get things done.

I phoned to arrange for someone to come and look at our electrics in the kitchen and was told that someone would ring me the next day to get details of the problem and arrange a visit. Unfortunately that was over a week ago and I have heard nothing back from them at all! Very disappointing!

What a team . Guys talked us through everything nothing was too much trouble, all work was carried out perfectly no mess at all would highly recommend 👍👍

Recently had my house re wired and can’t fault them they cleaned up after themselves and worked through there dinner hour to get it finished polite and professional service
