This company was recommended to me and they did a brilliant job. Very clean and tidy. The young man was polite and answered any questions that I asked. As a result of their service I have asked them to do more work for myself. My family has also used this company and they were very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend D M Jones.

Terrible. Avoid. Do not use. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and was told I would be contacted with a time for the visit. I was not contacted. The day before the visit I called several times and spoke to a representative who committed to ring me back with a time. After several repeat attempts and being told the same thing - will call back in 15 minutes, I still did not have a time. At 7:15 at night I still did not have a time and as I was 180 miles away from the house where the job was to take place did not want to travel unless the visit was confirmed. Eventually he rang back and gave me abuse about having put the phone down on his daughter - it was disconnected as I was on a mobile and the signal was lost. I was the one who was chasing him! - putting the phone down was the last thing on my mind. His attitude on the phone, coupled with his total disregard for his customer (me) left hanging for hours (plus the previous 2 weeks) suggests this business has no customer service acumen at all. If the work they conduct is as bad as the way they treat their customers God help. Avoid at all costs. They only get 1 star as zero stars is not permitted.

Booked through HomeServe. Great communication advising us when the electrician would arrive. Arrived on time, fixed problem with no issues. We had another problem in the same area and came back and resolved it, fitted a new system and switch and explained everything. Friendly, helpful and reliable staff both on the ground and over the phone. Would highly recommend.

They've done our Glamping Pods and very professional work with very competitive prices. They'll work around you and are very flexible. All staff are very friendly and are always ready to help for any installation whether it's small or big, it's not a problem... They're on demand due their second to none work, so be patient if you want things done properly and professionally. Thanks guys , you've been amazing. See you for our 3rd Pod in the future :)
