Out of the blue my iPhone had suddenly stopped turning on, my husband booked to see someone in store, they found it was unfixable and it’s warrantee had run out just 2 months earlier. Despite this the kind member of staff still honoured the warrantee and replaced my phone free of charge. Couldn’t speak more highly of the team here!

Disgusted with the service given .
Booked 24hrs before going to store hour slot for a replacement battery then in store told that it could not be replaced today , even when i said that it had booked in
I was told 1st come basis and they was to busy.
Apple Norwich why let customers book slots when you can’t stick to your appointments?

GREED comes to mind , over book just in case, for the know shows ….

Couldn't ask for more, bought my father's ipad in for a new battery but they couldn't do it because it was "legacy" understandable it was 6 years old. Bought a new ipad pro for him secretly, realized he would notice I no longer had an empty bag, took it back to the store and they held on to it for me. Can be very busy and finding someone wandering round with a pos terminal can be tricky but over all I would visit again even though I do not like apple products myself.

Second time we've visited, each around a year apart,
service was perfect,
plenty staff at hand to help,
every current device available to view and test,
the in store overview on devices helps you compare and see what's new and different.
Staff were very helpful, and most products are available to take home.

Parking is adequate, not the best, but it does the job.
Prices for parking is fine.

Could not access to Facetime on my i pad. Made an appointment and was seen on time. The young man , Marcus, sorted out the problem in ten minutes , I somehow how had two Apple ids . He was , knowledgeable friendly ,calm and a pleasure to meet. Well done and thank you

Cannot fault the service I received today from the moment I arrived (without an appointment) to walking out with a replacement for my faulty iPad which had been bought elsewhere. Particular thanks to Ruby. Absolute first class service. Thank you

Absolutely appalling service - in fact no service at all as they would not pick up the phone after 15 minutes on hold. When you buy a premium product, you should expect to receive a premium service, not be left on hold with no indication as to whether or not the telephone will ever be picked up. I telephoned Ipswich branch after giving up on this poor excuse for customer service and they answered after 3 rings. I hope the area manager reads this review and if she's worth her salt she'll give the Norwich branch the shake up it needs. My next phone will not be an iPhone.

I think people work there needs more knowledge on what they sell and what offers are running on the products. Overall experience is brilliant.
