Great experience nipped in for a small tv for mum and also ended up falling for a new tv, soundbar for ourselves. No pushy sales just really helpful staff. Sully was brilliant really informative and went above and beyond to make sure we where fully informed before we made a decision.

The staff here have been so helpful. We had a warranty issue with Vax and was getting nowhere. One of the employees (Jason) bent over backwards to get us sorted. He also helped us with choosing a new wand vacuum, not just the typical sales pitch words with no meaning, he genuinely had some great product knowledge across the range. Thank for the help guys.

A huge store, very clean, plenty to offer, staff polite and friendly, sadly on this occasion the item model I was interested in buying was out of stock, I will definitely be calling again.

Went in the store as was considering buying a Garmin watch. It was in some really chunky security packaging- I asked a sales assistant whether I could try one before I bought, she said unfortunately not.

It looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

For some reason always have difficulty attracting the attention of a shop assistant whenever I go in. When I do however they are always helpful. I have bought a lot of stuff here recently, and the delivery service is very good

We needed to find someone to serve us as nearly all the staff were hanging about in twos chatting or nearer to the most expensive items. Our salesman ( a young lad) was lovely he wasn't pushy and attended to us smiling the whole time. We bought what we wanted and didn't feel pushed....thank you.

Called in to the shop at whitebirk ad I wanted a smaller tv for the bedroom.Staff were happy to help but were not overly pushy which was good.Bought a JVC 32" smart tv for £166 with insurance for 3 years
