Really enjoyed our conversation, he listened attentively and was very understanding as I was struggling to explain the issues I was experiencing.
He spoke to me in a comforting and knowledgeable way without overwhelming me with too much information.
He had a bash at getting to the bottom of the problems there and then with some insider knowledge and some secret developer menus.
Unable to cure the issue he quickly arranged for a replacement handset, picked that up this evening and I couldn't be happier.
The experience was very reassuring, excellent service and a very enjoyable guy to talk to 👍
I bought Vacuum cleaner from Easton lane moorside road Winchester in May. Initially staff was happy to help and demonstrated the vacuum cleaner assembly. They were late to attend us but I could understand as they were short of staff. Attendant were from mobile section who did the billing as well rather than having someone from vacuum cleaner section (or from someone from nearby one). We had a 5 months old toddler with us as well. Due to billing issue, we could not place the order at counter. We were suggested to call Currys telephone number to place order which we did and collected the device at later date with additional Curry's three year warranty. All was okay by that time.
After three months, we received a penalty notice from debt collector stating that we parked more than allowed hours. They are charging the penalty of £170 which is slightly more than the price of vacuum cleaner. Currys were encouraging to visit store to buy stuff but later they totally denied taking any responsibility of parking PENALTY. Euro car parking authority is not responding and we are being chased by Dept collector to pay £170. While informing same to Currys billing desk guy, We received a straight away "Nothing to do with us" for any help. Looks like We are the only one who are ready to understand everyone but nobody is willing to listen to us.
We are struggling between three companies to deal with the situation and juggling between Work, Family and the Vacuum cleaner bought from Currys.
Writing this review to aware all buyers from Currys Easton lane. BETTER TO AVOID VISITING STORE to buy equipment OR you may end up in similar position as myself and family.
