I was looking for fridge, freezer or fridge/freezer..looking at options. 3 or 4 staff standing together as I entered, all looked ready to help but no-one pounced immediately which I was pleased about! When I was ready to talk purchase, it was easy to find a sales person. I said I had a tight budget and never at any time was I pressured to go beyond that. All my options were clearly explained and I had no trouble placing my order. A very easy and pleasant transaction. Store is clean, tidy and well laid out.

The young lad was very helpful he answered my question and gave me advice. Although they never had what I wanted her told me how I can get it from another branch very helpful.

Charlie the floor manager told me that when buying from Curry's it's a third party purchase and any guarantee is with the manufacturer. A caviat being if it breaks within 30 days you could bring it back as long as it was in it's
original packaging. So maybe best to shop elsewhere.

Justin was very helpfull in dorting out the best TV for my needs no pressure sales

Used to have this currys rated at 4 stars, good service and helpful staff, but today went to enquire about the price matching and the guy (a guy in his 30's in glasses) in the shop couldn't let me finish a sentence before shouting me down and giving ultimatums, buy it or get out basically, total time we spent with him was about 2 minutes. very unprofessional and quite off putting. I know it was a busy day for them so i presume he was stressed out but you shouldn't take it out on customers. I've just ordered the TV from another shop instead who had staff that didn't shout at us, PRC, who did the same LG A2 55" TV for £150 cheaper with 5yr guarantee, and they have their own store with tvs in stock and a UK website, but apparently aren't a proper UK shop according to the currys employee so doesn't apply for the currys "we'll price match any uk shop" lie, 😄 bye bye currys

Bought an oven, which I haven't been able to use for 2 weeks. Not only did they mess up the first delivery time, they rescheduled the delivery and changed the time twice. Now when I went to have it put in by an electrian, we found that they have left the connecting wire out so I can't have it fitted! Great thanks Curry's 😡🤬 What a waste of time and money!!

Went to buy a Samsung galaxy A8 everywhere was sold out ordered online came the next day, fantastic service definitely will order online again

If we get our order in 4 days I will be happy as they said
