Cell Repair

So that was a result. Got my phone battery replaced 3 days ago. unfortunately it went wrong. I read all the bad reviews and thought the worst. Went onto day and they gave me a full refund and returned then phone to the original state. Great service! Please remember most people review the worst not the best. Thank you. Guys

I've had good experience with cell repair before but today I come in for a screen protector that would cost me £24.99 extra protection and finger sensor works as promised by one of there colleagues. After installing he told me finger sensor wont work. After I received my phone back I noticed black fluff inside the screen protector and bubbles that was extremely hard and he said its because of the glue.. I wasnt happy at all and he told me he will knock 5 pound off the bill. Sorry but I'm not going to use my phone with hard bubbles and fluff inside my phone.. he then took my phone out of my hands took the protector off and told me to get my protector done elsewhere which I did inside the harvey centre. They're 10x more better than cell repair. I would stay clear, they discount people because they know they do a **** job!!

Purchased a phone case on 18th August 2022, but after 2 weeks it broke, returned it today asking them to repair it , but was told they do not guarantee phone covers, but would offer me a discount if I purchased a new one. This is unacceptable on a faulty product so would not recommend this company.

Do not buy from here as they are liars I bought an iPad mini 4 32GB from here 24th October they told me there was nothing wrong with it when clearly there was a red mark on the screen, it was bent on one side of the iPad and had chips & scratches on it I went up there on 16th November to get my money back for it the bloke was very rude and said we don’t do refunds and tried calling me a liar about the iPad when they shouldn’t tell customers that a device works fine nothing wrong it when there is as i do not recommend this place to anyone I’ll never be buying anything from here again!!

Amazing service from start to finish! Salman was super friendly and helped me have my phone screen replaced. Saved me a lot of money and time. Very efficient and prompt service from himself and amazing colleagues in store. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my phone, took it here for a quote, excellent customer service, they gave me a very good price and fixed my phone, has been working fine since. Would highly recommend and will be using them again, great selection of accessories also. Great work keep it up

Please do not buy nothing from them! I will explain why.
I bought a bluetooth car adapter with 10£ and I asked them if I can return the item in case it doesn’t work. They said yes. So this is what happened, it wasn't working, it was no sound in the car, so I went back there with the adapter and the receipt and I said that it is not for my car, so I want a refund. The seller said clearly NO. We started a verbal fight for like half an hour in where he was very rude, he said that he is not going to give me any money, he said that I should look on my face before I speak, that I am not a costumer, that if I am not going out from his shop, he is going to kick me out with his hands. I tried over and over to say to him that I want a refund, I gave him a reminder of what they said when I bought the adapter, but instead of listening to me, he started to film me with his private phone... When I said this story to another man today he said that the same thing happened to him but with another type of item. Do not go there, the seller it is very rude and you will going to lose your money.

It's not so much I didn't like it they do a job for you but I'm sure depending on what your wearing at the time of entering this shop and what you look like your worth will determine how much you pay for whatever service you require believe me on this they ain't cheap so if your on a budget forget it but it your absolutely desperate and require your phone fixed on the spot or need something for your phone expect to pay a premium here there's no favours in this shop
