Used to be such a fantastic, reliable company. Not any more.

UPS external battery pack arrived with aesthetic and minor damage. Informed them on opening. Was told I'd have to speak to APC about it. Absolutely no interest in arranging a replacement or just to simply offer a discount as the unit is still functionally sound.

Order was dispatched late and part of it failed delivery due to an addressing error despite being a customer for years.

At no point do they take any responsibility, always someone else's fault despite their legal and moral obligation as the point of sale.

I really hope they can get back to where they were.

Great Knowledgeable Team and deal a lot with Eddie Priest who is quick and responsive to our needs. Good pricing and Project supported pricing as well. Good level of stock as well. Can highly recommend

I purchased 12k worth of equipment, through recommendation of one of the sales Team.
The project was not correctly quoted. And although I went back to the company. They stated Andy Payne had been dismissed, it was discussed in length, about the shortfall of COMMS Express. But have been told, they are not responsible for ex-empoyees. And meant I was £7000.00 out of pocket. Would not use again..

I ordered a switch this morning which clearly shows in stock for next day delivery when many show 6-8 week and long lead time. Paid by paypal as needed asap. We received an email saying in fact the switch is not in stock and we need to confirm we can wait 8-12 weeks before they process the order. This is unacceptable in the days of automated warehouse systems - you either have stock or you don't. So dishonest or inept selling. I would not trust again and to be asked to pay upfront and wait for 8 weeks minimum is ridiculous. We have asked for an instant refund but nothing received as yet. Very disappointed, unprofessional company and terrible response. I would have expected "sorry we don't have in stock, here is your mnoney back and would you like us to try and source one elsewhere for you or can you want 8-12 weeks" But they could not care to give any proper level of customer service.

I have used Comms Express for years and have left them numerous 5-star reviews in that time. They are excellent and have never let me down or disappointed. Not only is there service fantastic but it is supported by great customer service and their products are excellent!

AVOID..AVOID If I could leave a zero star I would. Spent a lot of money with these people over the years. Paid a lot of money for a pre 12noon. Had 2 engineers waiting here for this delivery - no delivery arrived. Spoke to, I use it lightly CUSTOMER SERVICES who don't want to know, other than use the term " fed ex" are busy....well were all busy!! They have taken money for a service of delivery that has not been adhered to and wont give the difference back as a courtesy !!!

No customer service what so ever!! Had ordered a UPS on the 9th March 2021. Every time I rang to chase, I was told they would call me back. Never did. Just rang again for an update today to say that the order had been cancelled. No explanation, No email, No call, Nothing. Thanks Comms Express - A box shifting useless company BEWARE!!
