Purchased a new vac today. I was assisted quickly once I had chosen and taken to a till in the store to avoid the queue at the main pay desk. Brilliant service

Absolutely appalled by the delivery. We paid for installation and removel. When we ordered in store we said we lived in first floor flat with no lifts, told that would be fine delivery arrived after allocated time slot only to be told they couldn't take fridge freezer up without a lift and that we would have to bring old one down if we wanted them to take item away. Annoyed is an understatement,

I have been looking for a TV for some time. I went into the T.wells store to look. I was so impressed with Bobby who advised me . He was polite,courteous and very knowledgeable.. He didn't make me feel rushed and spent a lot of time explaining differences. Thank you Bobby

Went in with the purpose of buying a MacBook today, was left waiting for roughly 20mins whilst other people were being seen. Then completely ignored whilst customers walking in were then served.
Had to use my phone to see if the store had stock whilst waiting, still no one came to serve. Poor service. Will spend over £1000 somewhere else.

My husband needed a new laptop, his died an u fortunate death. Seeing as it is all he has for work one was needed A.S.A.P

He looked on line via phone first to see what was available and in his budget.
He had two in his sites.
We visited them the next day.

We where struggling to find the two he spotted online in the shop. Someone asked us if we need assistance a d so my husband took it as I carried on browsing.

I saw them standing by a laptop and I checked it out. I recalled seeing a laptop with similar specs but better drive and pointed them to it.
Which turned out to be a good thing as the one they where looking at appeared not to be in stock.

The gentleman helping us said the one I directed them to was and promptly went to go get one for us.

The transaction of obtaining a new laptop for hubby was easy and pain free.

Some of the staff are incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, a few seem preoccupied with something else.
During my last visit, 3 were behind the tills talking and trying not to make eye contact with me, 1 appeared to be busy on a phone. The however I found someone who was incredibly helpful.
The range of items is terrific, and every time I've visited there has been an outstanding member of staff ready.

Go there, make a purchase, experience the worst customer service and delivery experience, and that will be your last time to visit there. You will go and buy it online whatever you need next time.
