Couldn't fault this company at all. Checkout process slick and delivery efficient. 2 x refurbished Asus Zenbooks delivered within 48 hours, exactly as described and in immaculate condition. An RJ45 cable was missing from one of the boxes but once I contacted them they responded immediately and dispatched it next day. I've had exactly the opposite experience to earlier reviewer (perhaps they learnt from that experience) and would readily recommend to my family and friends.

I was a little wary of buying from this company as the price seemed too good to be true... and I couldn't find a lot of info on the web about them.
However I then realised they have an Ebay page with thousands of positive feedback, and this made me feel more at ease!
I placed my order for a DELL XPS laptop and it arrived just 2 days later in perfect condition, a lot better than I was expecting given that it was a "refubished" laptop, it looks and operates like brand new.
I would have no worry about ordering from them again, and hope to do so in the future. Thank you

I love it. I bought PC from xsonly twice. First PC was MSI Nightblade - cheaper than other websites and I wasn't sure to order. But it was a very good unit. Perfect condition! Box was not original, but PC looks like brand new. Now I bouht another PC and this is exactly what I wanted, looks amazing, work amazing. I have ordered in saturday and I get it in tuesday. Hihgly recommended!

We purchased a Dell Latitude 3500 from XSonly to in February which we use in our Garage to book MOTs. The price was great and the machine had the large 17” screen along with an SSD.

We need special software to be installed by DVSA which we paid for and the machine has been working away nicely.

Now, here is the reason for my review. The machine had an issue whereby it was no longer powering on. Obviously this is a big problem for us. We contacted XSonly and they handled the situation impeccably.

A DPD returns label was supplied by XSonly and I shipped the machine back to them on Friday afternoon. This arrived back at XSonly on Saturday and within a few hours I received an email saying the fault had been identified with the DC Port & this part had been replaced. I also received a copy of the diagnostic report giving the machine a clean bill of health.

The machine was shipped back to me on Monday and I received this on Tuesday.

All of our data & MOT software was retained and the machine is working perfectly once again.

Email response & turnaround time by XSonly was frankly amazing & such a relief for all of our data in tact. We were only without the machine for one business day.

What are people talking on about?! The prices are ridiculous laptops cost the same a s brand new but are refurbished.... No thanks.

I bought a laptop from them after finding them on eBay. Aesthetically the laptop looked good, but it had a severe overheating issue on the day it arrived, reaching 80+ degrees just simply by opening Microsoft Word. I called the phone number to discuss this and they simply pointed out that the maximum temperature the components could reach was 92 degrees so there was apparently no issue. That alone was ludicrious but it gets worse (which we'll get to later). After somehow having to argue with the guy on the phone that this was not normal for some time, we agreed to exchange it for a different laptop.

This process was actually smooth and the exchange progressed without issue and in a timely manner. This time I received a nice little laptop, very sleek and aesthetically perfect even if different to my original choice; I liked this one too. There was a very faint light-bleed on the lovely 1080p screen that got worse with time. It became evident that this laptop may have been compressed at some point causing part of the keyboard to damage the screen. As the light-bleed became more evident through normal use over a couple of weeks, I applied for a returns with explanation of the issue. It was decided by them that I had done this damage, but I could pay for the repair. I contested this as I am meticulous with my things and it wasn't done by me, but proceeded with a haggling to get it fixed so I could use it again for university. I was offered a 50% discount on the screen repair and I accepted that.

The laptop arrived some days later looking like someone had dragged it along a concrete floor. I was horrified. It was scuffed, it was scratched and it had dents. Turns out they replaced not the screen, but the entire lid. That the 50% discount was not really a discount at all, but they had taken a grade E refurbished top half and put it on my laptop base. This screen was 720p (lower resolution) and an absolute mess on the lid.
Absolutely disgusting practice there. We argued a lot after this through email because they tried to justify their actions and refused any more service to me. As a result, I had to force them to accept the laptop back without returns and my bank got involved to force the refund (they investigated all our messages and saw the photos of the laptop they sent me, and legally they broke some laws regarding sale of items, though I am not sure which). Item not as described would be amongst them, I'm sure.

I would like to point out this review is of a transaction 5 years ago, I was just reminded of the company and felt the need to describe my experience with them. Hopefully in this time, they have changed a great deal.
