Sales there are really professional and kind. They gave me a quite detailed introduction to those products. The colour of new collection of headphones was quite pretty and also great sounds!

Great staff and product knowledge

No aftercare! Spent £250 on some headphones... 6 months later tried to get a new cable (which is replaceable) they couldn't help me at all! Apparently the wire is discontinued now!!
