Absolutely dreadful. First I was a few minutes late for an appointment to get my Macbook repaired and they said it was cancelled. Okay, I guess I can handle that but it would have been nice to either have been fitted in or offered an alternate appointment. However the real fun started when I wanted to buy another Macbook for the business. I was told it wasn't possible without securing an appointment to buy. What now??

So to buy a product you need an appointment. This seems somewhat strange but okay, let me get a member of staff to help me. When can get a member of staff to allow me to buy a £2k product? 15-20 minute wait. 😂😂😂

Right, well I'm not waiting for 15 minutes to buy a product but could I go get a new USB cable? Nope, you need an appointment for that too.

Flabbergasted and not the Apple I remember for its incredible customer service and focus.

There’s a lot of bad reviews here so I just thought I’d cut in with something positive. The gentlemen I was served by were very lovely and attentive (in particular the gentleman with the Buddha necklace). I just came by to pick up an order and it was ready for me within less than five minutes. They were very chatty and polite and I felt like I had the opportunity to raise any concerns I might have had, and I was informed of their returns policy by a very kind gentleman completely unprovoked. I’m sorry to see so many poor reviews after I’ve just had such a nice experience.

You cannot buy anything without booking an appointment with a sales person and then discussing your needs. I just wanted to walk in and make an off the shelf purchase. I know that Apple thinks that they know how to do everything but not everyone wants help. Samsung now covers my needs, the colour is fantastic, give them a try. You walk in to a till, ask for what you want, pay for it and go. Goodbye Apple.

What a disappointment. Today, I went to the store to buy some accessories for my new iphone. Before it was a pleasure to go to Apple store in Bentalls. I always felt welcome, but this time I just wanted to go away. The store wasn’t busy, there were a lot of staffs, must of them where on group of 3 just talking. I had to interrupt a conversation between them for ask help. One of the Sales assistant, told me to go to another SA. When I went to talk to the other SA, the guy looks already annoyed. He didn’t look at me, He just asked me what I wanted to buy and He only stayed looking the machine where he placed the order. At that moment, I got upset and I told him how disappointed I was for the service. Then I asked him about the wallets and He just pointed where I should go to see them. Luckily, another SA, Alex was there. THANKS GOD, He was very knowledgeable and help me to buy all the accessories that I needed in a very professional way.

I had to “talk” to 3 different people to finally find one who really like his job.

I always was impressed with the service that Apple gave in their store, specially how knowledgeable were the staff. No, I am really disappointed.

I popped in to buy keyboard, mouse and air tag, also to show the poor quality of my leather iPhone case which had worn worse than a cheap eBay one. The assistant was extremely rude to me. I will buy my items from John Lewis for far superior customer service.

Horrendous service from staff. My device is faulty and less than 6 months old - well within manufacturer guarantee to replace. Second time been in, followed all the steps last time and didn’t help so they said come back if it still doesn’t work. I did and they told me the opposite information from last time I went in, didn’t replace the broken device, told me it was my responsibility to pay for extra iCloud backup as part of the process despite the broken device being a fault on their part and I know they can offer extra iCloud space in the store because they were very happy to do it when I upgraded a few months ago…
Second time I’ve had to travel and pay for parking - still no resolution, device still not replaced. Terrible service, total money grabbers. Not to mention I have a disability so getting in and out is actually not that easy or convenient for me. Sort it out apple.

I visited today with a friend, I am not overly the biggest fan of apple and I will admit I may have come off as a bit rude to the person I spoke to. The person who spoke to me seemed a bit annoyed with me which was fair to be honest but still they took the time and gave me alot of information and seemed quite knowledgeable about the issues I had. So a big shout out of respect to the person with blond hair and glasses and the person with pink dyed hair because they handled my grumpiness with ease.
