Alastair was exceptional today. He immediately offered help when he saw me, took the time to find an appropriate replacement charger for my laptop. He opened several boxes and read the correct electrical outputs, tested it worked on my laptop by plugging it in and then neatly boxed them back up again. He also asked if I needed a Business VAT receipt, which I usually forget to ask. I am very happy with the service.

Been into this store few times recently and have to say the customer service is none existent. yesterday was in there looking for a new hob and oven, must have been in there over 20 minuets not one member of staff even acknowledged me let alone asked if i wanted assistance. so i left and brought both items elsewhere. Another sale this store has lost, that's just 3 from myself in the last months. Have given up with Currys. shame cant give zero stars, one is to high.

Bought a new laptop and vacuum cleaner today. Extremely helpful staff. Joey gave advice and help with both items and made sure we got the best deal. Excellent.

Went in for a tv sound-bar and was served by Elliott and we spent around an hour him going through all the different sound-bars I could have. We went through all the demos and he went into so much detail. He was absolutely brilliant. I thank him for his time as now I have made the perfect choice for my tv gaming set up.

Went in to buy a tele that I've been looking at for a while. Was able to immediately find a sales assistant and he helped carry the TV to the car afterwards. Treated me with kindness and respect. Currys never fail for me 👍🏻

I've bought numerous TVs and Blu-ray players here over the years, and they've always been great value for money. The place is spotless, due in part to a man named Francisco, who is very wise and looks like a young Eric Cantona 👏🏻 🤴🏻

The range of display items is very handy and the staff are on hand and keen to offer assistance as required. Store stock can be a little hit and miss but it's easy enough to get sorted either by asking for the most local alternative or just biding your time. It's worth a physical store to know exactly what you're getting.
