Sony Centre Harrow

So I ordered a new sound system ago. Ravi, the assistant manager was brilliant during the process. He was clear on timescales for delivery, kept in touch on progress without any chasing on my part. He called me on Monday to say it was being dispatched next day...and then called to check it had been received which it had. The best customer service I've had for a long time! Ravi is star!...Oh and sound system; HT-A9 is amazing!

As a disabled person, I hate shopping, because people try to sell me what they think I should have and not what I want. But what I experience with Sony Centre Harrow and Ravi Rao was a rare breath of fresh air, not only was there a disabled parking space outside the shop, but Ravi treated me with decency and respect, I have difficulty with walking, the fast thing Ravi did was asked me if I wanted a chair, then he took time to explain to me everything about the television I wanted to purchase, after I left the shop I could see Ravi keeping an eye on me to make sure I got into my car safely. I would highly recommend Sony Centre Harrow to anyone who is looking to upgrade they Sony Products.

I received excellent and efficient service from Ravi. He spent a lot of time explaining the different products and getting me to the right decision. Price matching was excellent and the delivery was quick and smooth.

We visited Sony Center at Harrow a few weeks ago to decide on our next TV set and luckily Ravi was there to assist us. Excellent , straightforward, no fuss, 1st class customer service. Delivery was quicker than expected - on a Saturday within 48 hrs of placing the order, items well packed and courier very informative & courteous.
