Faulty products, when asking for a refund we was refused and offered an exchange. When we asked to speak to management the manager started shouting at us like we was trying to rob the shop. No one should be treated like this, we was discussed at there behaviour and will never be using this shop again.

Wonderful shop. Amazing customer service. Particularly Vivian. When I call up the lady knows my name just by hearing my voice. Now that's thee personal touch to customer service. Also the rest of the guys are always will to negotiate to help me out. 10 out of 10 guys x

Great shop and staff very friendly and helpful always, have been using this shop since it opened on the high street and never had any issues. We use first name terms when speaking to each other and they are always willing to work out the best deal for you .

We all have times of need, but I am sincerely from my heart so grateful to ALL the staff and how helpful and put you at ease and explain and never judge or look down at you. I give maximum points and more if could, and even now had query and Liam helped me BUT every staff at Captain Pawn are above and beyond and I apologise not taking your names on previous, but you ALL have been so helpful and most importantly never belittled at my time of need.

Had a minor problem with my baby's iPad air and Pete helped me and sorted the problem with no questions asked, such a great guy staff are so friendly and a great laugh highly recommend these guys, Pete and Viv

Well, what can I say? An absolutely fantastic store that sets a great example for other pawn-type shops around. They are friendly, they remember my name as soon as I walk in etc. The staff there are so kind and always help me out when I need it.

For example, I was running 2 days late on an agreement. I phoned them and explained the situation. The nice gentleman who answered the phone held the item for me until the end of the week so that I could come and redeem it. I'm sure that a different well known pawnbroker that I used to use would have pulled the item straight away.

All in all, I think this company is fantastic and really are an asset to an ever-declining high street.

These people are FANTASTIC!They REALLY do help you,and work with you.forget the extra mile,they do a mile and half!if you need quality and are on a tight budget,or finding a particular time in your life harder and ends won't meet these people are the people to see,you won't regret it as they are fair and work WITH you,communication is the key!
