Never again, third visit in 72 hours, have failed to achieve what I came for on all three…

totally different to the two trips to the Nugent Curry’s who resolved concerns or had the stock the website said was in stock both times. The time you spend driving to the better store you’ll save by actually getting stuff sorted when you’re in there.

Collected an online order using the parking collection option. The staff brought it promptly to the car. No issues.

I Bought a keyboard for £189, and drove home only to realize it was an empty display model box.

Canceled a work meeting and spent another £15 on fuel to drive back down to return it. The staff member who served me apologized and sent staff member #2 down to the aisle to check if they have another unit in stock.

They didn't have any in stock, so staff member #2 said they could order one in within 24 hours. I said cool let's do that. She instead just gave me my 189 back and told me the refund will take 3 or so days.

I told her I didn't have another £189 to buy another keyboard and she went clueless.

I left the store seeing as there was no solution. (Another £15 spent in fuel driving home)

I went home and at around 3pm I rang their helpline, transferred me 3 times, said id have to pop down to the store. I said I couldn't because it'll cost me a fortune in fuel again. They put me on hold again and said they'll try to contact the store, within a few seconds they just hung up Wasting another half hour of my time.

I called back, spent another 15 mins only to be told by another person that i have to instore even though i re-explained to him that I can't.

It's 2022 and you don't even have a way of looking after your customers online who have instore issues. Amazon will be getting all my money from now on and I'm going to make it my mission to steer everybody clear of using Curries if this isnt resolved.

I want my fuel money back as it cost me over £30 in fuel to return the item due to your staff members mistake.

Ordered a washing machine.done the click & collect in car park,but went in & spoke to the staff anyway. A lady had it ready for us on a sack trolley & help me load into my car in the pouring rain,she was really helpful. Thank you for your caring service 👍👍

Currys in Orpington, didn't have the item I wanted. But there was stock in the Bromley store. Arrived at this store, was told he was unable to sell Mobile phones as the staff member can sell them wasn't in due to emergency matter, come back in few hours. Went to another shop to buy the mobile phone. Lost a spending customer here.

Good customer service, however products are not accurately labelled or are missing / crowded side by side. The shelves at the rear were mostly empty .
FYI: It was my first time visiting so this may not be how it is usually.
