Currys

This is a nice shop. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and apologised for the delay in helping us. I’d definitely come back here, as they have a nice section of products.

We bought cordless hoover and air frier today in the store. Theo, the sales man was fantastic and very knowledgeable, he helped us choose the right products and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. We always shop at Currys . Our next purchase will be some Karaoke speakers 👍

I don't usually drop reviews and this is no bash against the brand or company. But I had to wait 30 minutes for a sale due to both the electronics salesman and manager being on break. These 2 staff members according to the gentleman who was dealing with me were the only 2 "trained" in the sales of electronics. This was out of around 10 staff I could see on shop floor. Not only this I had another customer next to me literally walking out of the shop until they were dragged back in to make a sale. Currys you are losing sales here. Please train your staff in other departments as I walked out from a £50 sale, may only be £50 from me but what about those wanting to buy QLED TVs? I'm just saying.

What's happening with your staff ? This store used to be well staffed with people willing and ready to help . Got staff ignoring your existence entirely.. had more help when shopping in the store in bletchley as they have more than 4 members of staff on their shop floor and people ready to help.

Great location, free 2 hour parking, great products, Advisor came to assist me however today, I didn't require any support Large stock available, I have being buying products from curry's for years , Today brought best Black Friday deal for antivirus for my laptop next year , Good atmosphere , Easy to follow on line and within the shop layout

This is a good-sized store with most appliances/devices you could need on display.
These days we order so much on-line but curry’s gives you the opportunity to view/test the item first, not many places left you can do that these days, although I’m sure the cost of stores must be wayyyy more than they pull in revenue…there’s hardly any customers in the store and I’ve been in a few times now albeit usually in the evening.
I was asked by staff if I needed any assistance, but no pestered - which is the way it should be.
The store was very clean.

I found a TV online with a better deal. As I was in a curry's I offered them to price match but they declined. No issue for me as I just bought it online but a strange business practice to turn down £1200 in sales

Went to Currys/PCWorld today looking for a portable HDD. Very little stock. Had a look at cameras too but there were none, just empty shelves. No staff at the checkout counter where people were waiting. On leaving the store there were two staff just outside smoking. Under staffed, under stocked and overpriced. Might as well close down.
