Avensys Superstore

Only came across this little gem of a shop whilst walking past and saw a sign saying "We price match Currys or John Lewis". I thought to myself this must be an electrical store so took a browse.

This shop is on two levels, upstairs being their 'world class' smart home display and downstairs having a wide variety of white good, smart devices and other electrical products.

What i like about this place is that its independent so you get something a little different with that more personal touch.

There is a wide choice of branding here from your cheaper more affordable high street brands to the top end stuff too.

Wow! What an amazing experience, knowledgable friendly staff that went the extra mile to get me my projector next day. Seriously impressed and will certainly order again from them. Thanks to Lee and Adam especially.

TV's and sound systems have moved on a bit since we last were in the market so some research was going to be needed. As I quickly found out there are lots of folks out there that will sell you a big telly but at AVENSYS they were much more interested in our requirements, our room size, our seating and viewing positions before they got round to demonstrating suitable AV equipment in their well equipt showroom. A site visit was made to finalise recommendations. I felt confident about the advise given and placed the order..... Two months later, when the media unit in which the TV was be housed was ready, the AVENSYS engineers came to instal our new tv and soundbar and they did a great job of both the installation and the handover briefing. I am delighted with the result and feel I am in good hands should any after sale support be needed..... A strong recommendation from me for AVENSYS.....

Just had a great experience with using the Smart home team (Paul and Nick). Arrived on time, with the correct equipment and kit and did exactly what was agreed. Paul went the extra mile to install all the apps required and explain fully how they worked. Furthermore he arranged for a locksmith and electrician to do associated but separate work. Great service.

Ordered online and had issues with signing up (system error) which meant I didn’t receive my order confirmation. I then contacted customer service and they were so efficient in helping me. I received my item the next working day and I couldn’t be happier. A nice business who care about their customers above all, you don’t get much of that these days - I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you.

We came in to buy a high quality music system. There is a fantastic listening area where you can sit and experience the equipment. Adam was wonderful, explaining in detail how the system works, switching components on and off so that we could hear the difference and answering all of our (many) questions in detail. We went for a Sonos which plays music and acts as a cinema surrond sound. Thank you so much Adam, we have been smiling for days.

Really good service, they go out of their way to answer all your questions and are happy to assist with any of the products. They delivered My Sony Bravia TV at the said time and even called me before they came to confirm the delivery time. I bought a fridge after that and would probably buy the more appliances from them. Their customer service is really exceptional and outstanding.
