Smashed my iPhone screen to bit by dropping it and really needed it for work stuff. Spoke to one of the staff there. Took it down and was as good as new in less than an hour. Excellent service and very professional set up. Would use again and recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

AVOID! They sell dodgy phones at top prices, i bought a phone from them that they said was working fine, i have had nothing but trouble with it from day one! screen keeps popping out, home button only works from time to time, lost count how many times i took it back in to be repaired and it still keeps breaking! They would not offer me a replacement, now i am stuck with piece of junk phone that cost me £290!!

My wife took her perfectly OK iPhone 5 SE in to have the screen replaced. They managed to break the power somehow and it now won't charge beyond 29%. Having to sell and get her a new phone, as they wanted to send it off to get looked at which would take a week and it is her business phone. No offer of "we broke it, we can lend you a phone while we correct our mistake". Shoddy customer service. Utter disinterest. Absolute waste of space.

I also have since found out that they have done this to someone else's phone.

What can I say, friendly , helpfull . they know what they are doing and value for money. I am so impressed that I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dont take my word for it, try them yourself.

Charged £230 to fix the screen on my Samsung s10+. Paid in cash and picked it up on the date given and straight away I noticed the edges were all raised and the back felt uneven. So I went straight back in and was told as it was Friday I'd have to wait until Monday to send it off again. Got it back and it had been glued down on the sides to the point all the glue was sticking out and it looked messy. I was told by the guy that the person fixing them usually 'does a better job' but no offer to fix it or goodwill. A couple weeks later if that, my phone was on the side and when I picked it up I noticed it had cracked right on the edge of the screen (right where it had been forced down again with all the glue). It wasn't dropped or damaged in anyway. My battery sharing has never worked since either and as well as now having a cracked screen again, the back is really messy where you can see all the dried glue and the marks on the edge from when the screen was taken off. Overall, I'm really disappointed with these guys.

Fantastic service, quick turnaround, took my iphone 8 in for a new lcd, they even cleaned out my speakers as it was quiet, would definitely recommend these guys.
