Absolutely shocking service.
We went in to purchase a laptop and possibly an iPhone for my daughter.
We asked a member if staff for help ( the store was not busy in the slightest.)
The staff member said he would send someone over to us.
He then went on the service desk that had no customers waiting and was talking to two other members of staff.
Twenty minutes went by and we tried to get staff members attention but as we got close they vanished.
I had had enough and we left.
Bought the same products we where after at another store online with next day delivery and slighly cheaper.

No excuse for ignorant poor customer service. Hence they never got our money.

After waiting best part of an hour to be dealt with in the mobile phone department, he looked at the stock levels and told me there was one in stock. 20 minutes later he returned informing me he couldn't find it. Ordered it online, delivery free and in 3 days. With this kind of in-store service is it any wonder shopping in person is on the decline.

Went in to get a vivosmart 5 which they didn't have in store but offered to order for me which I was fine with asked a question and the lady did know the answer and said she would have to check and would be back in a minute as she went to one of the desks to find out. Once again I was fine with this. What I wasn't fine with was her doing a disappearing act and spotting her across the store chatting to the apple representative looking over at me but then refusing to make eye contact after 15 minutes of waiting I gave up a left the store and bought it on line from someone else

Reasonably priced goods, with friendly, helpful staff. Worth doing your own research first if buying something expensive, so that it's you choice rather than being steered too heavily by the salespeople (for example when comparing TVs we were steered to the quantum LED displays, but when asked why we should choose quantum LED, we were told "it's just newer and better").

Called in to pickup an order. Staff were great, Greeted by a staff member on the door asking if we needed help and he directed us to the Collections till. Lovely lady kept us informed and entertained while our items were brought from the warehouse. Very efficient.

Not good experience tried to buy a simple lap top that was on offer... but the young sales guy tried to pump the value up with offering all gadgets which we didn't want very disappointing bought exact same one at argos no hassle no fuss. Wouldn't step foot in curry's again very sales obsessed staff!

It was great. I got what I wanted. For someone looking for a life career changing, it was more than a happy new year. Thanks to the humble Sales lady called Robyn. She was very helpful, professional and so kind. That's what I expect when I walk into any shop or any office. Well done Robyn. All my best wishes to you and your family.

Ordered a Samsung 5 watch, got told it would be delivered on the 23rd which I needed since it is a birthday present. Got told it isn't coming in today. So when I arrive at the birthday event I won't have my gift. I am furious 🤬🤬
