No staff around, waited an hour just to find prices for items that are not label and clearly in stock,no one has a key to let me me the item, its like they don't want to make sales. No help, only needed the item handed to me after checking item price on amazon. Why aren't these items labelled its been like that for a month and few times I walked out because I couldn't get a price. Please stop advertising items in stock when its impossible to make a purchase

Large store with a lot of stock on display that can be handled and examined. Nice selection of house appliances and electronics including laptops and gaming. Store has lots of parking right out front. Staff are friendly and polite. Seemed helpful when helping me. Will come back and check out their laptops as in person is the only way you'll know you'll not hate the keyboard.

Terrible experience with the delivery team. Left such a mess outside on the landing and downstairs too, packaging left everywhere. Refused to take my old fridge downstairs so my mother a 64 year old woman, had to take it herself. Imagine. (I was asleep otherwise of course I would've done it) removed a pull up bar as well when the fridge could've fit easily underneath. Verry good at the shop but for this delivery experience it has to be 1 star.

We did a click and collect here, and all seemed good with this. Staff were a bit slow, and system seemed was a bit low tech - but store seemed extensive and large. Large car park outside, with 2 hour limit

Good customer service, pricing I will recommend not to go for sales, this fridge freezer I saw £509, 4 days before Black Friday, then on Christmas n Black Friday SALES was £569. I thought the price would go down, but no CURRYS put prices UP for sales, so my request to all customers is not to go sales any shops.............

People in this place don’t know what they are doing. I ordered my phone on the 29th of November and they said it would have arrived within 5 - 10 working days. After three weeks nothing and I then found out the phone had arrived and was sold. This only after calling the customer service 10 times and going there 5 times. I had to cancel my order and get the phone from somewhere else since it will be Christmas in 2 days and it was a present. Really frustrating and the whole time they didn’t know where my phone is and kept telling me to come back after they already sold it! I would love to put 0 stars. I will never go back into that place again

Manager and Deputy manager are not customer friendly, they diverted the sales assistants to do something else who wanted to serve me. Sales assistants told the manager that I was waiting for him still that manager told him go. After that another staff came to serve me then assistant manager diverted her to do what no idea. As a customer it is really disappointing and disrespectfull. I bought the laptop just because of the sales assistant provided excellent customer service. Purchased the product but very disappointed with service.

Came from far so I can buy a washing machine. The stock shows clear 2 of them in , but they do not know where they are.
After more them a hour of waiting and told different story like are damaged or are sent it back , we found one with a wrong price and code on it, but damaged in 3 places. Sales Team leader Christian was very ignorant and did not want make a note of damages.(in case something is wrong with it so we can refund or exchange with no issue) and no ready to look for the other one.
Waste of so much time and got so upset with their attitude.
