I ordered a TP-Link HS100 Wi-Fi Smart Plug, which arrived within 48 hours and well packaged. I bought the plug as I am always leaving my straighteners on and this has given me piece of mind to know that I can easily tell if I’ve left them on and turn them off from wherever I am, as long as I have an internet connection on my phone, which let’s face it is pretty much anywhere these days. I’m going to order a few more for a couple of lamps around the house and the iron too. Great product, thank you.

Had the KitSound voice one for around a week now and I have to say I am really impressed with it.

The sound is better than my Amazon Echo and when compared the KitSound provides deeper bass and a larger soundstage.

Setup required a couple of attempts, as at first it could not locate my WiFi; however, there is a small button on the back of the speaker that helps connect and once connected does not need doing again.

Alexa works well although it sometimes picked up sound from my TV (as Amazon’s own speakers do), which probably says more about Alexa than it does about the quality of the KitSound.

All in all, this is a decent speaker and would recommend if you’re looking for something with Alexa and a bit more oomph to play your music through!

A quick review to say how fantastic your service was in getting my business a new printer. Having chosen the printer online, I contacted Gary at IOT who informed me that at that moment in time it was not available through IOT, however if I gave him 1 hour to make an enquiry it would be, and sure enough 1 hour later I had a phone call and email with a link to the printer on their site. 10 minutes later I had ordered the printer and an hour after that I had a call from Gary saying that the printer would be delivered the following day, which it was.
As a busy business, this is the sort of service I rarely experience, a company that goes out of its way to get the customer exactly what they want even when it’s not on their site in the first place.
As a consequence I can’t see me going elsewhere in the future.
