First class service, many thanks Netxl. I received a courtesy call a few days after my kit arrived to see if I'd been able to set it up OK. It was like a call from heaven, as I was really struggling. After some time on the phone and sending a photograph, it was apparent that the kit was not supplied (from the manufacturer) with a key cable. Netxl promptly despatched one to me, free of charge, and it was all sorted. Huge thanks to them for their amazing help and friendliness.

Can't fault them or the response from Toby when I asked a question after my purchase. I want to buy a new router and network infrastructure now, just to use them again, I don't need it!

You never know how good a company is at customer service until there's a problem...

I ordered a switch Tuesday afternoon and had it in my hands Wednesday morning, fantastic service, however, there was a fault with the switch which of course NetXL couldn't have known about as it's in a sealed box, a few emails later and they've shipped me out a replacement and arranged for the faulty one to be collected.

Very helpful, replied to my emails very quickly, totally recommended.

Bought hardware from these guys and it was delivered promptly. It developed a slight fault and it was quickly replaced without fuss. An easy company to deal with great customer service. Arnas was spot on.

First class service and expert advice, I wasn’t sure which aerial to buy but after the recommendation from Toby at NetXL opted for an omnidirectional antenna.
