Hylands Stone Staffordshire

I ordered a new washing machine on Friday 8 January 2021. Firstly I spoke to Oliver at Stone and he was very helpful as I needed to check one or two items. I then placed the order on line. I received an email immediately confirming the order. This was followed within 5 minutes with a telephone call to arrange delivery. I also received an email offering advice about the product. On Thursday 7 January an email came advising how to prepare for the delivery and confirming it was ready for delivery as arranged. Late on Friday 8 January I spoke again to Oliver to order another item and to see if it could be delivered with the washing machine. Again Oliver was very helpful and arranged this. This was the first time I have dealt with Hylands and was very impressed.

Needed a new microwave/grill/combi & found what I wanted on Hylands website. Prices competitive, fast delivery, pleasant staff & web site well laid out & very easy to negotiate. Plus old machine taken away for recycling at a very sensible price. What more could you ask for. Thank you. Recommended.

Last Christmas my freezer packed up. Major panic! Everywhere closed except Hylands. Purchased a freezer over the phone and two gentlemen delivered it and installed it next day. Thankfully nothing food wise was lost. Really impressed with what they did for me. So on Sunday when the washing machine gave up the ghost, Hylands were first choice. Yet again, highly delighted. New machine purchased yesterday, installed this morning by two wonderful gentlemen who even gave it a first flush through and showed me how to use it. Fabulous customer service, a rare thing these days! Can’t recommend you more highly. Well done Hylands, and thank you.

Called in to enquire and purchase a new tv , after a brief chat with the salesman he went off to enquire on stock levels etc unfortunately he never returned the wife and myself stood in disbelief for a good while before leaving only to spot him selling a kitchen gadget , waited again but he didn't seem interested so we left to shop elsewhere.

Hylands are professional and helpful. They offer a great range of products at realistic prices and offer delivery and installation for those items that need it. It's great to have them on the high street.
