Shocking service, waited 45 minutes for assistance to be told the goods were out of stock. Not enough staff and the staff that was there were very unhelpful. Goods are just for show, couldn’t buy them in store, couldn’t buy them online, and staff couldn’t be bothered to assist any further. Avoid.

Good customer service.
Bit daunting when entering the store being greeted by a line of staff, likened to the magnificent seven.
But fair play staff were friendly, polite, knowledgeable about products

A staggeringly large amount of staff will notice you at the counter ready to pay for an item in your hand but none seem too interested in serving you which is a new one on me they all go out the way to walk in a different direction. I got the impression that they all thought I was waiting to collect something ordered online which if anyone had asked would have learnt that wasn't the case. Be prepared to be patient if you go here or seek staff out and pursue them with a body block for some action if you're in a rush.

Absolutely useless. Obvious obbundence of stock on shelf, staff tell me they are unable to give me what I have ordered. Despite order confirmation stating available to collect today. Stay well clear of this store. Staff are useless,

Shocking service ordered online.went to pick up order after I recieved email tell me it was ready. Waited at collection desk for over 30 hour for some to come serve us as there were about 5 people in the cue. Staff just talking to each other . Rather than working. Will not use currys again.

Great place excellent parking and disable friend,shop floor is well designed for wheelchair and mobility scooter but I have noticed that some Curry's store have put out a little too much electric items on the shop floor

Me & the wife popped in too check prices of a particular product, spoke to staff member he tipped us off to the possibility of a price reduction in the coming week, good as his word £50 reduction Sweet, great customer service.

I am afraid to say that the service is shocking. I will never go in a Currys/carphone warehouse ever again....once I have managed to get my money back....

I visited the store on 21st November as previously service has been good. Placed order for iphone 11 and was told it would be delivered on 14th. Deposit was removed from my account on that day and then....tumbleweed..nothing!

Tried and tried to ring store, main phone line...nobody answered. So decided to visit store on 14th - they didn't know where it was and also couldn't get through to urgent line to find out. 'Don't worry they said, we'll call you to update you.....nothing!

I have to return AGAIN as no answer on the phone still, no email to contact nothing. ABSOLUTELY RAVING MAD! Shockingly bad service!

Returned AGAIN - unfortunately as its Sunday I can't cancel the order and it will take at least 24 hours from tomorrow morning....just to cancel the order. I may even have to return again to be in store to get the insurance back for the phone that I'm never going to have.....

Back AGAIN for the fourth time. To cancel my order and never enter a currys store ever again. Have had to come back as they could not issue my refund over the phone. Not sure what year Currys is functioning in 1995????
