Called today to buy some electronic stuff but the girl working there didn't have a clue where anything was kept on the stall. even after making a phone call to someone else she could not find any of the bits that I wanted. Normally the service at this shop is good.

Called there today to get batteries for a specialised torch, staff were amazing, one member of staff spent half an hour on the internet and trying different batteries until he found the correct ones, outstanding service.

Called into store to see if they could put a 3.5mm plug on tie clip microphone - they were so polite helpful and knwledgeable - plug repaired at a very reasonable price - I also bough a 3.5m lead which again was really good value for money. If you need any electrical leads or connectors go to Thom Whitehouse first.

Always been there for the emergency jack plug or cable, staff there know their stuff.

If they don't have it, you don't need it. Great stall, I've been coming here for 15 years at least. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, very happy to help and recommend solutions. Call ahead to see if they have what you're after, don't forget a warm welshcake from next door after you've come in to visit. Lush.

Called in to see if they sold a replacement power supply for my jukebox. Although they didn't sell one, the guy who served me tested mine and proved it was definitely kaput. He also stripped it down to see if it had another fuse inside. I told him I'd already looked online and couldnt find one with the same amps output, he went online, found the right one and wrote down the details for me. They didn't charge me for this, I felt so guilty I bought a security bit set there. You can't fault that service.
