I was served by 2 staff both of whom were friendly and helpful. The product I wanted was in stock and excellent value.
There is plenty of parking and easy access to the shop.

My Son wanted to pop to curry’s so being a great dad I took him over to the Newport store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by very polite and friendly staff member. My son told him what he was looking for and straight away the employee was there to help and give what I’d say expertise knowledge.
While they chatted I had a look around store, great shop full of tech and appliances.

Well worth a visit

The guy that served us on TVs was a wealth of knowledge and advised us to purchase the right TV for my son in his flat that was also compatible with gaming .we had to wait some 20 minutes or so because he was advising another customer also short of colleagues in store.

Apparently managers do not serve customers, but run the store and stand halfway in store making a waiting list to be served! Awful customer service, although still waiting requested feedback following complaint to contact centre, who by the insisted manager should be serving if required, but I won't hold my breath on getting a reply

Called in to get a copy of receipt for a smeg kettle we had bought a while ago which had stopped working … receipt found and printed for us.. many thanks 😊

Got my cooker from there and it was nicely installed. It was however too expensive to have it done for over half the price I got it.

The only store of its kind in and around Newport, supplying household electrical goods in abundance. If its a TV your after, or a washing machine, maybe a vaccum cleaner, perhaps some white goods or a toaster, coffee machine, laptop, smart light, headphones, or just need some advice. The list goes on and on. Not always so well stocked but nicely displayed whereas Items can be ordered on request. Good store

Staff coukdnt have been nicer except for the manager. He was nice enough to me but hearing how he spoke to his staff makes me feel bad for them.

Store itself is decent enough but would probably advise going to the bigger one on Newport Road in Cardiff. It's not that far and has a better selection.
