Garland Embroidery

We absolutly love our new uniform. Everyone who dealt with us from Custom Threads were polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Bob did a fantastic job with the embroidery, getting the logo just as we wanted it. We had a proof before hand and Bob advised on sizing and garments. The range of items you can have embroidered is massive. We have already started a list for our next order.
We highly recommend this company, they tick all the boxes. First class service, skilled workmanship and quality products. Thank you

A big big let down.
First order i made with this company was good. And that was the reason i went with them again.
Unfortunately the head manager him self showed his absolute lack of professionalism. They twice lost the sketch/ graphic (on a a paper), then lost my flash drive, then some technical problems etc..at the end he was simply avoiding me as i guess he run out of excuses. It was about two months of waiting and not being able to promote my company.
Maybe this was one off instance, but last time with me.

Just about to place our annual order for show t-shirts with Custom Threads. We have been very pleased with both the quality of tshirt and of service so far, hence our repeat visit. Nowhere else goes that extra mile with regards to help with the design when needed.
