We go to Brodwaith for all our corporate clothing for multiple sites around the UK and have always have had a good and reliable service. Not sure about the negative reviews on here but our experience has always been of high quality clothing and prompt delivery.

The final product is good, however, the wait time is the thing that really annoyed me and even after being told many different “certain” dates that the product would be ready ( that i was in the store to witness being said), they were not. Also, a review service is here for us to provide feedback of our experience, so it doesnt mean you can contact us to try and take them down just because they dont suit you.

Despite the promise of £1600 in revenue from my school's sixth form, Brodwaith were more than happy to take over 4 months to deliver our items, even when prompted for updates on a weekly basis, and despite their claim of "Up to 12 weeks" wait time as a maximum on bespoke garments. Disappointing.

Great service - I have quite an intricate logo so I wasn't sure if I would be able to have it as embroidery or whether I'd need to have it printed. I now have a gorgeous apron and two t-shirts, the quality of all of them are lovely and the embroidery has come out brilliantly - I even have sparkly gold thread! I had advice choosing the right garments and it was brilliant that i could approve the logo before it was embroidered onto the garments. Really pleased with them and they make such a difference to client visits, adding an extra dimension of professionalism even though I'm a very small business. Staff are really friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to make sure my order was spot on.

We recently used the Brodwaith services to create a logo to use on polo shirts, fleeces and hoodies. From the very first conversation with Kim to the design and end product we have been very happy with the service. Kim has been very professional and easy to deal with and made everything very clear and simple and explained what products were available and what would suit our business. Thanks very much for all the help, we would highly recommend the services to others.

Very poor service and would not recommend, very unprofessional how they talk to customers and also waiting for the order for weeks!! And the order was wrong when received. Would recommend for people to look elsewhere for clothes.
