Absolutely brilliant service from Drummond Security! We stupidly bought an Alfa Romeo without a spare key and was quoted in excess of £300 by the main dealer. Drummond quoted and supplied a new coded key, at our home, in under 2 days, for less than half!! Extremely professional and friendly service, with great communication throughout the process. Very knowledgeable of their profession and I cannot recommend highly enough!

I got in touch with Drummond Security when my care broke down a few days ago. They managed to get my car back on the road in a really short time after a long day of visits by AA. Fantastically professional, well rounded workers, kind and genuine. Definitely give them a call if you're thinking about it!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was planning on buying a replacement key fob for my van as mine wasn't working. They took my old one, replaced the battery, tested it, adjusted a dodgy contact which seemed to be the underlying problem and got it working again in 10 minutes. I was planning on getting a replacement which they gave me a very reasonable quote for but thanks to their honesty I saved time and money on something I didn't need.

On a hot day, I had managed to lock my baby in my car with the keys inside. Erol was there so quickly and Managed to get her out in such quick timing. Within approx 2 mins of him being there he had managed to unlock my car to get her out. He helped afterwards aswell and was just amazing, I honestly am forever grateful.

Professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough service provided today for a central locking issue on my car (being it had stopped working).

After 45 minutes the issue was resolved and business owner attempted to not take any form of payment, which I politely declined.

Explanations were provided at each step throughout the process. Will definitely use again if required and HIGHLY recommend.

Unbelievable experience!

I had a problem with my car the battery kepted draining without knowing the problem with an aftermarket radio and sub installed correctly I though that was the problem! So I disconnected both sub and radio but battery was still draining and the keys kepted losing connection to the ECU so I got drum security out to investigate the problem after a few attempts the problem was the battery itself.

Before hand I had the get the car jump started but car wouldn't start due to the key lossing communication I have the keys reprogram about 4 time😅

I can't thank Drummond security LTD enough for the effort that they put into my car!
