Jim was fantastic and saved me £100-£200. Skoda dealer did not point me in the direction of the handbook which had a method of re-linking the key to the car. Jim directed me to that and said ring back if it doesn't work - it did, so all is well. Since he lives only two streets away from me I wanted to take round a bottle of wine as a prezzie, but all he wanted was a positive review. Brilliant and far better that Skoda with whom a complaint has been lodged!
