All staff are very understanding and caring towards the animals they treat, now that is what I like to see. Compassionate, friendly and easy to talk to. Let's hope this treatment I was given works too, so far so good.

Time and time again have cared for our two dogs with their vaccinations and some more serious issues. Always been caring and helpful. A great team.

Unfortunately I have to say there reactions to there own policy’s do not do the front of counter staff justice! Counter staff are lovely!
As for management (or lack off when there is a problem! ) lets this place down! We recently had our boy ( Labrador) annual check up and kennel cough vaccination ( nasal spray) he unfortunately had problems with his eye straight away so back to vets and was fobbed off with he has picked up conjunctivitis! Coinsedenc?? Drops prescribed! Two days of drops and he ended up looking like he had done ten rounds with mike Tyson! So back to vets and told them on phone I am refusing to pay consulting fee! Turns out I as right! Reaction to vaccination and another to drops prescribed! Injection given and told to stop drops! Not good! Taking my boy to new vets!

I have used Woodbridge ryder-davies for 45 years. I wouldn't think of changing. I've had a couple of issues in the past, by that would happen at any practice. There aren't many vets in the area, that offer there own out of hours service, which is really important to me. The last thing I want, when I have an emergency, is to be sent to a practice I'm not familiar with. Everybody, from the reception staff, to vet nurses, to vets, are lovely! And with the high number of cats i bring to them, patient!!

Most amazing people… the respect they showed me and the family including my poor old girl Gypsy was totally amazing and I can’t thank them enough.. it was as the hardest thing we had ever had to do and the support from them again was amazing thank you from the Bassett family x

Can't express just how much help and support the whole team at Woodbridge and Rendlesham gave to our family when our beautiful dog Ruby passed away very suddenly when we were on holiday in Felixstowe. With advice and compassion they took care of Ruby's final journey, I would easily add more stars to their rating.

Staff are lovely, clean and tidy reception, so there's a petition between the cats and the dogs area. There's a scale as you walk in to weigh your pet. I take my little dog chihuahua to have her nails cut every month or so. It cost £20. It's a good veterinarian and a very experienced in all animals. They're so happy to help. 10 out of 10
